About the Role We’re looking for a sales hunter — someone who thrives on chasing new business, not farming existing accounts. This is a fast-paced, on-the-road Business Development role with one of Australia’s most respected Ricoh resellers. You’ll meet pre-qualified leads, close deals, and build lasting client relationships across your region. If you’ve sold telecommunications, PABX systems, or technology solutions, you’ll immediately understand our model — high activity, solution selling, and serious earning potential. With a base salary of $80K–$120K and an uncapped commission structure (top earners exceed $400K OTE), this is a role for proven performers who love the thrill of the chase.
